IMPORTANT JOURNEY INFORMATION

  • All one way & return trips require 03 hour cancellation notice, 24 hours for some special high-end category vehicles, 24 hours for all hourly & daily car service bookings before given pick-up time
  • Airport chauffeur Meet & Greet pick-ups include free wait time & car park of 45 minutes after the flight lands, all station & cruise pick-ups get 30 minutes after arrival & all other journeys include 15 minutes after given pick-up time
  • We will guarantee the vehicle category chosen by you for your car service, but not the make, model or colour of the vehicle
  • Any unplanned stop taken on route, will be charged between £20 to £60 accordingly to the category of vehicle ordered for booking ride on route to final drop-off point, 15 minutes grace period is allowed at stops if taken, only applies to point to point bookings (T&C)
  • One way or return journeys which are more than 01 hour drive or 35 miles away from our base at Heathrow 06 hours cancellation notice is needed
  • Multi vehicle bookings have strictly 24 hour cancellation policy
  • All journeys scheduled on a UK Bank holiday are subject to 50% additional charge from the given price, starting from 18.00 a day before the bank holiday till 07.00 am day after the bank holiday period
  • Wedding car hire cancellations are free up until 60 day's before your booking day, any payment or any deposit taken will be refunded back in full
