PCO stands for Public Carriage Office, the London transport authority that authorizes drivers to carry passengers for payment.

You own the car at the end of term/plan. Depending on hire plan you choose which are starting from 2yrs to 5yrs some plans have a baloon payment at the end of term/plan, once we recieve all outstanding balance the car is transferd to your name.

You need to provide a PCO badge, paper license, national insurance number, DVLA photocard, Proof of address (within the last 3 months and address must match your driving licence), passport copy, first week's rent to reserve the car and a deposit before you pickup the car. We also require fully comprehensive insurace before you pickup the car from us, your insurance statement schedule should mention its a hire car from our company.

No insurance is included in PCO Car hire & rent to buy PCO Car hire plans.

Yes, for daily hire option we give 120 miles per day and for all monthly PCO rental hire plans we offer max 3200 miles to drive each month, additional mileage payment (if any) is collected at the end of each 4 week period. For rent to buy hire plans if any additional mileage is done, we collect the payment of you and put it towards your end of contract which is later adjusted to lower your remaining weekly payments till end of term/plan. There’s a fair usage policy of 800 miles per week. If you exceed this, you can be liable for a charge of 0.25p to 0.50p per extra mile depending on PCO Car hired from us.

The deposit for PCO Car hire is minimum first 2 weeks of your rental or £1000 depending on hire plan. We will also ask for your first week’s rent upfront. This is a refundable deposit and is refunded 4 weeks after you return the vehicle.

Down payments start from £996 depending on PCO Car hired. Please check the individual cars on our Rent to Buy car page for exact pricing. The down payment is refundable if you cancel your Rent to Buy contract by giving us at least 7 days notice before picking up the car. Unfortunately, if you cancel your order within 7 days of your pickup date, we cannot issue any refunds. Your reservation fee is non refundable if you cancel your order at any time.

Road recovery assistance is not included in your rental plan, you should get this included with your insurence pack. You should call us immediately if you had an accident & also update your insurance company instantly, along with this you also need to give them permission to let us take over the insurance claim on your belhaf.

Yes, for PCO & rent to buy Car hire plans which are 1 year or more we offer 2 weeks payment holiday each year which is later collected at an agreed date or adjusted with your weekly rental plan. Through our PCO Car hire & Rent to Buy scheme you are eligible for up to 2 weeks payment break throughout the year. Please note, you can only request a payment break after 12 weeks of renting with us, with a maximum of 2 weeks to take at one time. All requests are subject to approval from the Credit Control admin team. There is a £25 admin fee for every week taken.

All PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) tickets are your responsibility to pay them off while the vehicle is in your possession within the time frame given to you on the notice. If we recieve any PCN tickets through post like London Congestion charge, airport drop-off fee charge and/or any other PCN tickets etc we will transfer them to your name, untill then the PCN ticket will be on hold with no futher fine increments.

Once you recieve the PCN notice in your name you can make an appeal or pay them off directly. We will require payment done eveidence to close all the PCN tickets from our side. If the PCN ticket is not paid off in the time frame required after the transfer of liability is done in your name, there will be an admin fee charge of £35 for each and every PCN ticket reminder we recieve to reply each notice, pay and settle the PCN ticket/s

Please Note: At the end of your term/plan all deposits are returned back to you after 4 weeks, only when ALL outstanding PCN tickets are paid-off. They should not be pending position, waiting for settelment, or still left back to be paid-off.

Your vehicle must be no more than 10 years old, have valid insurance, and undergo regular maintenance and inspections.

The cost of PCO Car hire or rent to buy depends on the car you choose for hire and the length of the rental.

Depending on your rental contract, if you only hire the PCO Car we do all the maintanace, road tax, MOT every 6 months, PHV, servicing etc in the rental price. For rent to buy PCO Car hire, the hirer does all the maintanace etc. Wear and tear items such as tyres and brakes are not included in both options and will be your responsibility to replace them when required.

You need to return the keys and cancel your rental with a short notice period, termination fees are applied as per your rental contract.

You should call us immediately if your keys are lost or your car is stolen. You must also update your insurance company on the same day and give them authorisation for us take over the insurance claim. If any claim money is to be collected from your insurace company you should provide them our company's bank account details or transfer us the claim money once you recieve it.
