Do you accept cash or credit card?
We prefer you book your journey in advance using our online booking tool for your A to B travel or airport transfers, however we accept both cash and credit card only if required during the car service for any un-planned additional hours, extra millage or extra stop is taken on route before your final dropp-off to destination. Additional charges also apply when you book for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and on New Year’s Day or any other Bank Holiday.

When will I get the booking confirmation?
As soon as you book a Limo ride with us our automated payment system sends you a confirmation e-mail to your inbox it will show you the payment method & the complete ride booking details with all your special request (eg: chauffeur service with car seats) if you have mentioned any for your personal limousine chauffeur to know for your pick-up.

When will I get the driver & vehicle details?
Book with confidence, for your piece of mind your personal chauffeur & limousine details are sent to you a day in advance prior to your ride for same day immediate bookings they are sent by e-mail or text few hours before the pick-up time given to us. Your personal limousine chauffeur will also notify you by text message once he/ she has arrived outside your requested pick-up location.

Can I cancel the ride for free?
Yes, We know planned journeys can change? No problem !! Cancel your limousine service 3 hour in advance prior to your pick-up time given to us for any One way/ Single trip or Return trip limousine transfers, 24 hour in advance if you’ve booked limousine per hour (hourly hire) or daily limousine services (short/ long term) or 6 hour in advance if your limousine pick-up is 1 hour or 35 miles away from our base at Heathrow Airport.

Can I take an extra stop on the route before final drop-off to my destination?
Yes, You can take extra stop on the route if you have already added, paid or discussed this with us prior to your travel, for all One Way/ Single or Return trip limo ride bookings (point A to point B) if any unplanned stops are taken on the route this is chargeable according to the category of vehicle you have booked for your limousines services (only 15 minutes free wait time allowance is given for every extra stop you take which is on the route itself to your final destination)(max 2 miles diversion). This extra stop should to be paid either in cash or by card (additional 5% card fee) to the driver before drop-off.

How long does the driver waits for pick-up?
For your airport limousine pick-up service your chauffeur will wait 45 minutes for free including car parking & max 90 minutes (1.5 hours) after your flight lands if you don’t meet us, all other outside airport pick-up services your limousine chauffeur will wait 15 minutes for free including car parking & max 30 minutes after your pick-up time given to us in both cases only if no contact is made with the driver or our team during this EXTENDED wait time allowance period, the job will be considered as DONE & NO-SHOW, if you’re getting delayed for any reason you can request VLC support team or the driver to continue waiting for your arrival, additional waiting time & car park (at cost) after the free wait time should be paid either in cash or by card (additional 5% card fee) to the driver before drop-off (Free wait time allowances for chauffeur pick-ups are as follows Airport-45 minutes, Station-30 minutes, Cruise port terminals-30 minutes and all others get 15 minutes (eg: hotel chauffeur pick-up) after the given time to us for you pick-up.

Can I extend the limousine per hour service?
Yes, if you wish to extend the limousine per hour service for a longer period of time you can do so, extend the booking by as many number of hours during the day you would like to do, your personal limo chauffeur will update you 1 hour before the current car service session is due to end, any additional extended hours need pre-authorisation & approval from a VLC booking team handler before the current ride session ends, if any additional car park or if any additional mileage (if incurred) along with the extended hours (10 miles per hour) can be paid in cash or by card (additional 5% card fee) to the driver before the drop-off.
