All online booking payments are taken as soon as you book your chauffeur services with an auto booking confirmation. If you have a business account with us you will be invoiced monthly. If you do not have a business account and have made an inquiry, payment for this will be requested 7 days before your travel in some cases we can take debit or credit cards payments (subject to 5% additional card transaction fee), or direct internet/ BACs payments without any additional fees involved for you chauffeur service online bookings.
Some of our vehicles are zero rated, and some are chargeable at 20% VAT. This detail will be itemised in your quotation if requested. All fees are included in the final prices you see before you book the journey, this price is all inclusive fixed rate for that particular booking journey only.
Whichever chauffeur hire service you book all fees are included in the journey for the transfer at the time of booking ride, if you have mentioned this before you book, additional charge may only apply for when free wait time allowance for pick-up has been consumed, any unplanned stop taken on route or extended booking with additional hours taken to complete the car service. We don’t charge for any congestion zone or road tolls/ bridge crossing fees if it is mentioned at the time of booking, only when you navigate us unplanned the charge may apply, all additional charge where applicable are paid in cash or by card (5% additional card fee) to us or the driver before the journey is completed (drop-off).
When your chauffeur service is booked, Free cancellation on as-directed hourly chauffeur per hour car service & daily car hire with chauffeur (driver) service is minimum of 24 hours before ride booking date & 48 hours for some specific high-end luxury car hire services before ride booking date (9.00 am is considered as a standard start time for next day for daily car hire with chauffeur driver service bookings).
Free cancellation for One Way/ Single trips & Return trips is 24 hour prior the chauffeur pick-up on the day of service, where pick-ups are more than 1 hour drive or 35 miles away from our base at (LHR) London Heathrow Airport, 24 hour prior notice is required for free cancellations, 24/48 hours notice is required for the same if you have booked a high-end luxury car hire service for One way/ Single trip or Return chauffeur transfers.
