Can I Cancel The Ride With No Charges ?

Make changes to pickup time or cancel your ride for Free (full refund) 3 hours in advance prior to your pick-up for any One Way/ Single Trip or Return Trip serving London’s airport transfers to or from London areas, 6 hour prior notice is required for all other Airports & Cruise Terminal transfers, 24 hours prior notice is required for high-end luxury cars, vans & suv’s services & 24 hours prior notice is required when you book chauffeur per hour services serving all day or daily hire (Eg: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 day)

Can I Take Extra Stop (via) on Route ?

Yes, if you’ve already added at the time of booking (point-to-point), if any unplanned stops are taken on the route this is chargeable according to the category of vehicle you have booked with us (only 15 minutes free wait time allowance is given for every extra stop you take which is on the route itself to your final destination) (max 2 miles diversion). Extra stop price vary from £20 to £50 depending on vehicle type. This extra stop should to be paid either in cash or by card (additional 5% card fee) to our chauffeur driver before drop-off

How Long Will Driver Wait At Pickup ?

Airport Pickup Car Service: Get Free wait time of 45 minutes for all airport car service after your flight lands. Your personal airport chauffeur will wait max 90 minutes (1.5 hours) after your flight lands

All Other Outside Pickup Services: Train Station & Cruise Port Terminals get 30 minutes, your personal chauffeur will wait max 60 minutes (1 hour) after your arrival & get 15 minutes Free wait time for all other outside pickups eg: from hotel, stadium, restaurant, appartment etc after the given time to us, your personal chauffeur will wait max 30 minutes after your pickup time

Only if no contact is made with your driver or with our team during this EXTENDED wait time period, the job will be considered as DONE & NO-SHOW, if you’re getting delayed for any reason request our support team or your driver to continue waiting for your arrival, additional waiting time & car park (at cost) should be paid either in cash or by card (additional 5% card fee) to the driver before drop-off (additional wait time is charged after free waiting of 45 minutes at airports, 30 minutes at stations, 30 minutes at cruise port terminals and all others get 15 minutes)

Can I Book Additional Wait Time At Airport or in City ?

Yes, kindly update us if you wish to extend wait time at airport or in the city, you can do so by adding few more hours, your personal chauffeur will update you 1 hour before the current car service session is due to end, any additional extended hours need pre-authorisation & approval from our booking team handler before the current car service session ends, if any additional car parking or if any additional mileage (if incured) along with the extended hours can be paid in cash or by card (additional 5% card fee) to the driver before the drop-off
